Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 11/13/91, 12/2/91, and 12/3/91. The burden hour increase has been registered as a program change because this form expired in January 1991. ED should not allow forms that remain part of program operations to expire, and lengthy expiration periods will result in program increases. Also, the next submission of this form for PRA clearance shall provide grantees an option of reporting data as either raw numbers (which would allow ED t calculate the percentages) or percentages with raw numbers for the tot lines (which would allow ED to calculate the raw numbers for individua data elements that comprise these totals) unless ED can demonstrate substantial need to collect both numbers and percentages.
