Abstract: USED OIL RECYCLING FACILITIES WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORDS OF DATA CONCERNING FACILITY OPERATIONS ON USED OIL RECYCLING. ALL USED OIL HANDLERS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP RECORDS, AND GENERATORS AND TRANSPORTERS MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO REPORT. RECYCLERS OF USED OIL MAY HAVE TO SUBMIT A USED OIL RECYCLING REPORT ON A BIENNIAL BASIS. EPA WILL USE THE REPORTS TO EVALUATE THE IMPACT OF THE PHASE I MANAGEMENT STANDARDS
