This Information
Collection Request (ICR) is approved through February of 1995.
However, the requirement that information be submitted quarterly is
not approved at this time. Such data could only be useful in
enforcing the sales requirements of the rule. Given that these
sales requirements are not effective until 1996, quarterly
reporting has no practical utility at this time. EPA must justify
the need for quarterly reporting at such time as this ICR is
submitted for renewal.
