Abstract: FIRREA THIS REVISION WOULD RAISE THE DOLLAR THRESHOLD OF TRANSACTIONS REQUIRING AN APPRAISAL FROM $50,000 TO $100,000 AND WOULD PERMIT REGULATED INSTITUTIONS TO USE APPRAISALS PREPARED FOR LOANS OR GUARANTEED BY A FEDERAL AGENCY IF THE APPRAISAL CONFORMS TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE FEDERAL INSURER OR GUARANTOR.
