Abstract: TO IMPLEMENT PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC LAW 101-147 AFFECTING THE CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM THE DEPARTMENT HAS ESTABLISHED CRITERIA AND PROCEDURES TO PROVIDE ADMINISTRATIVE FUNDS FOR SPONSORING ORGANIZATION TO EXPAND FAMILY DAY CARE HOME OPERATIONS, MODIFY REQUIREMENTS FOR RENEWING PROGRAM APPLICATIONS AND AGREEMENTS, AND REDUCE THE NUMBER OF REQUIRED REVIEWS OF OUTSIDE-SCHOOL-HOURS CARE CENTERS SPONSORED BY
