Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY ALIENS TO APPLY TO WAIVE EXCLUDABILITY FROM THE U.S. PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS AS AMENDED BY SECTION 601 OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990, P.L. 101-649. THIS NEW FORM REPLACES THE CURRENT I-191, I-192, I-193, I-212, I-601, I-602, AND 612 NOW USED TO APPLY FOR VARIOUS WAIVERS.
