Abstract: IRS PLANS TO IMPLEMENT ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE WITH ITS TRADING PARTNERS. TO DESIGN SUCH A SYSTEM, IRS NEEDS TO PROFILE THE VARIOUS TRADING PARTNER GROUPS AND THEIR MOTIVATIONS TO USE THIS EXCHANGE. THI SURVEY WILL COLLECT PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FROM A SELECTED GROUP OF LARGE CORPORATIONS THROUGH THE PRIVATE SECTOR COUNCIL.
