Terms of Clearance: OMB wishes to complement EPA for the quality of the ICR submission. We found the the disaggreation of the burden estimate for each regulation to be useful and clear. We also found the ICR history to be accurate and helpful and found the overall description of the purpose of the data to be illumative.
