Abstract: THE REQUIREMENTS FOR GENERATORS OF HAZARDOUS WASTE INCLUDE SPECIFIC PRE-TRANSPORT REQUIREMENTS RECORDKEEPING AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AN EXPORT REQUIREMENTS. RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE MAINTENANCE OF PERSONNEL TRAINING RECORDS, CONTINGENCY PLANS AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURES, AND SPECIAL RECORDS FOR TANK SYSTEMS.
