Abstract: EPA IS REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF FUEL PARAMETER DATA WHICH IS REPRESENTATIVE OF A REFINER'S OR IMPORTER'S 1990 GASOLINE. THIS DATA WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE PROPOSED METHODS OF BASELINE DETERMINATION NEEDED FOR COMPLYING WITH THE ANTI-DUMPING PROVISIONS LISTED IN THE CLEAN AIR ACT AMENDMENTS OF 1990.
