Abstract: IN RESPONSE TO P.L. 99-509 AND NTSB RECOMMENDATIONS THIS REPORTING REQUIREMENT SERVES AS THE NOTIFICATION THAT THE OPERATORS OF MANNED OCS FACILITIES HAVE DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED A CONTINGENCY PLAN PROVIDING FOR THE EVACUATION OF FACILITY PERSONNEL DURING EMERGENCY CONDITIONS.
