Terms of Clearance: OMB notes that this approval extends only to the Formula Characteristi Report portion of the Comprehensive Grant Program. HUD shall submit t rest of the Comprehensive Grant Program paperwork when the final rule has been submitted under Executive Order 12291 review. In its submission, HUD shall respond to OMB's comments from 6/28/91 associate with the nonapproval of the information collection requirements in the proposed rule.

Abstract: PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCIES (PHAS) AND INDIAN HOUSING AUTHORITIES (IHAS) WILL VALIDATE THE FORMULA CHARACTERISTICS REPORTS AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL DATA TO HUD. HUD WILL RUN THE FORMULA AND ADVISE PHAS/IHAS OF THEIR PRESUMPTIVE FORMULA ESTIMATES FOR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PREPARATION.
