THE STANDARD REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO
ALLOW OSHA ACCESS TO THEIR EXPOSURE CONTROL PLAN, AS WELL AS TO
THEIR EMPLOYEES MEDICAL AND TRAINING RECORDS. SUCH ACCESS ENSURES
EMPLOYERS ARE COMPLYING WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE BLOODBORNE
STANDARDS.
