THE ED FORM 799 IS USED TO PAY INTEREST AND SPECIAL ALLOWANCE TO HOLDERS OF PART B LOANS AND TO CAPTURE QUARTERLY DATA FROM A LENDER'S LOAN PORTFOLIO FOR FINANCIAL AND BUDGETARY PROJECTIONS.
