Abstract: THIS APPLICATION WILL BE USED BY ELIGIBLE PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCIES AND/OR INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND BUSINES CONCERNS, COMMUNITY-BASED ORGANIZATIONS, NONPROFIT PRIVATE ORGANIZATIONS, MUSEUMS, LIBRARIES, EDUCATIONAL TV AND RADIO STATIONS, AND STATE AGENCIES. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO MAKE AWARDS AND T ENSURE THAT STATUTORY AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
