Abstract: EPA WILL CONDUCT SURVEYS DETERMINING WHAT RELATIONSHIP RESPONDENT ACTIVITIES AND DEMOGRAPHICS HAVE ON THE PERFORMANCE OF LEAD-BASED PAINT ABATEMENT METHODS IN RESIDENCES OVER TIME AND UNDER NORMAL OCCUPANCY CONDITIONS. EPA WILL CONDUCT INTERVIEWS OF PARTICIPATING RESIDENTS AND CONDUCT ON-SITE SAMPLINGS AND OBSERVATIONS ONCE ANNUALLY
