Abstract: INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DOCUMENT RECOMMENDED ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS OF RESIDENCES LOCATED IN THE TENNESSEE VALLEY REGION. DATA WILL BE COMPOSED TO ESTABLISH STANDARDS OF VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION PROGRAMS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO CONSUMERS OUTLINING THE METHODS AND ACTIONS RECOMMENDED TO CONSERVE AND/OR MANAGE ELECTRICAL ENERGY USE.
