Terms of Clearance: We have approved these information collection requirements through 12/ with the following condition. DOL shall demonstrate that semi-annual reporting of information via form LS-274 is processed and acted upon i a timely manner. If DOL fails to demonstrate that program management actually enhanced by semi-annual reporting, approval will be granted only for annual reporting. DOL's request for an exemption from requirement to display an expiration date is granted. Pursuant to 5 C 1320.21, however, all forms shall continue to display the burden disclosure statement.
