Abstract: SECTION 210A OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY ACT REQUIRED EMPLOYERS OF REPORTABLE WORKERS IN SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL SERVICES THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 1992, TO CERTIFY SUCH WORKER'S EMPLOYMENT TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. THIS INFORMATION USED TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER OF WORKERS TO BE ADMITTED TO THE U.S. TO MEET ANY SHORTAGE.
