In a discussion
with the Department, we have corrected the burden estimates to
account for 250 hours of recordkeeping omitted on the SF 83 dated
12/02/91 (combined 1505-0096 and 1505-0075 submission) and the
addition of the Vietnam amendment which added 47 responses, 59 hou
of reporting, and 7 hours of recordkeeping. The corrected SF 83
dated 12/17/91 representing the combined total will show in SF 83
item 18, 1,835 hours of recordkeeping, .14 hours per recordkeeper,
and 257 tota recordkeeping hours. Item 19 will show 2,552 requested
hours, 1,375 hours in the current OMB inventory, a difference of
plus 926 hours, an a program change of plus 926 hours. Your records
should be corrected accordingly. Remarks entered 1/14/92 - Your
notification dropping use of the form, but requesting continued
approval of this information collection in the regulation is
approved.
