Abstract: THE PUBLIC AUCTIONING OF TREASURY SECURITIES REQUIRES BIDDERS TO SUBMIT TENDERS CONTAINING CERTAIN INFORMATION SUCH AS THE PAR AMOUNT OF SECURITIES BID FOR, THE DISCOUNT RATE OR YIELD DESIRED, AND, IF APPLICABLE, THE BIDDER'S NET LONG POSITION IN THE SECURITIES.
