Abstract: PROGAM COMPLIANCE INDICATORS WERE DEVELOPED IN RESPONSE TO REQUIREMENT CONTAINED IN THE 1986 AMENDMENTS TO THE REHABILITATION ACT. THESE INDICATORS WILL BE USED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER PROJECTS WITH INDUSTRY (PWI) PROGRAM GRANTEES' PERFORMANCE IS AT A LEVEL TO WARRANT GRANT CONTINUATION.
