Abstract: DESIGNATION OF NON-CERCLA EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES (EHS'S) AS CERCLA HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES WILL REQUIRE ALL FACILITIES TO REPORT TO THE NATIONAL RESPONSE CENTER RELEASES OF THESE EHS'S THAT EQUAL OR EXCEED THE REPORTABLE QUANTITY.
