Abstract: THIS IS NEEDED TO FACILITATE A PROMPT AND ORDERLY CONVERSION OF THE SEC. 202 DIRECT LOAN PIPELINE PROJECTS TO THE SEC. 202 OR SEC. 811 CAPITAL ADVANCE PROGRAMS. THE CONVERSION IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN JANUARY AND APRIL 1992. THIS IS NEEDED TO ASSIST HUD IN DETERMINING TH OWNER'S ELIGIBILITY AND CAPACITY TO FINALIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A HOUSING PROJECT UNDER THE CAPITAL ADVANCE PROGRAM.
