Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE USED TO OBTAIN INFORMATION ON PERCEIVED PROBLEMS WITH THE SINGLE AUDIT PROCESS. INFORMATION WILL BE OBTAINED FROM STATE AND LOCAL OFFICIALS AND INDEPENDENT AUDITORS. THE PCIE WILL ANALYZE THE INFORMATION AND DEVELOP RECOMMENDATIONS TO CHANGE THE SINGLE AUDIT ACT AND OMB CIRCULAR A-128.
