Abstract: RECORDKEEPING AND INFORMATION COLLECTION UNDER 7 CFR PART 59 IS NEEDED FROM EGG PROCEEDS SHELL EGG PROCESSING PLANTS, HATCHERIES, IMPORTERS, STATE AGENCIES, AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE EG PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT. VOLUME OF PRODUCT IS NEEDED FROM SHELL EGG A POULTRY PROCESSING PLANTS TO CALCULATE ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGES FOR VOLUNTARY GRADING SERVICE.
