home health agency conditions of participation. These amendments
should make the information requirements more consistent and
streamline the survey processes to th maximum extent possible under
the Social Security Act. No later than 5/92 HCFA must meet with OMB
to discuss these issues and the design of the OSCAR survey and
certification system.
