Approved through
February 1993. The process initiated by the February 3,1988
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) approval is now completed. The
Department's case before the Civilian Acquisition Council and the
Defense Acquisition Council has resulted in modifications to
Subpart 33.1, "Protest," of the Federal Acquisition (FAR)
regulations. The Department is now reviewing its regulations to
determine whether deletions should be made. When this review is
completed, the Departmen should submit a request for PRA
review.
