Abstract: THE PUBLIC AUCTIONING OF TREASURY SECURITIES REQUIRES BIDDERS TO SUBMI TENDERS CONTAINING CERTAIN INFORMATION SUCH AS THE PAR AMOUNT OF SECURITIES BID FOR, THE DISCOUNT RATE OR YIELD DESIRED, AND IF APPLICABLE, THE BIDDER'S NET LONG POSITION IN THE SECURITIES. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PROCESS THE TENDERS AND TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH TREASURY AUCTION RULES.
