Abstract: THESE PROPOSED REGULATIONS PROVIDE AN EXCEPTION TO THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF CODE SECTION 6045 FOR THE SPOT OR FORWARD SALE OF AN AGRICULTURAL COMMODITY IF THE CUSTOMER CERTIFIES THAT THE CUSTOMER PRODUCED THE COMMODITY AND THE BROKER DOES NOT KNOW THAT ANY INFORMATION IN THE CERTIFICATE IS INCORRECT.
