Abstract: HUD HAS RECEIVED CRITICISM FROM THE COURTS AND THE CONGRESS REGARDING THE AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION REGARDING THE TITLE V PROGRAM. THIS ONE TIME SURVEY WILL ATTEMPT TO FIND OUT WHAT POTENTIAL USERS KNOW OF THE PROGRAM AND GIVE THE DEPARTMENT GUIDANCE ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION.
