VETERANS APPEALS, 2) WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICES BY A REPRESENTATIVE, 3)
FEE AGREEMENTS, 4) MOTION FOR REVIEW OF EXPENSES, 5) REQUESTS FOR
CHANGES IN HEARING..
By this action,
OMB amends an earlier approval of information collecti requirements
contained in new Board of Veterans Appeals regulations by extending
approval to 38 CFR 20.1001. That section was mistakenly not
included in VA's earlier request for OMB approval. There is no
change to the expiration date for the approval since VA has
provided no further public notification of OMB review.
