Terms of Clearance: This Information Collection Request (ICR) is not approved because the Peace Corp has not adequately justified the survey's validity and practical utility to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). In ou review of this ICR, OMB offered to meet with the Peace Corp to discuss OMB's concerns but the Peace Corp staff declined. We therefore have n alternative except to disapprove this request.
