Abstract: REGULATION PROVIDES THE PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTRATION OF AN AGRICULTURAL LOAN MEDIATION PROGRA WHEREBY STATES MAY BE CERTIFIED BY FMHA AS QUALIFYING STATES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM. THIS CERTIFICATION IS NECESSARY FOR STATE TO RECEIVE FEDERAL MATCHING GRANT FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THEIR LOA MEDIATION PROGRAM.
