This information
collection is approved through 2-95 under the following conditions:
FNS will: 1) add another row for "other" on pag A-5, under B4; 2)
Either provide an in-depth justification on the validity of
questions H13 and H14, on A-58, which must include an explanation
of why FNS believes it is a predictor of traffiking, or delete the
question; 3) Delete B17c. on page B-13; 4) OMB questions th
reliability of the measures of fraud in Section D. "Perception of
Food Stamp Fraud." Since the answers given by the retailers could
never be entirely validated, the information FNS gains from this
section is not reliable. FNS therefore must thoroughly qualify
their findings reflect these shortcomings. However, FNS must delete
question D3, due to its complete lack of potential for accurate
data.
