Abstract: AS A RESULT OF AN INSPECTOR GENERAL AUDIT, THE BLM IN WESTERN OREGON W INSTRUCTED TO REGULARLY REQUEST BLM'S PERMITEES (UNDER THE 43 CFR 2812 PERPETUAL AGREEMENTS) TO SUBMIT ROAD USE REPORTS. THESE REPORTS ARE F ROAD USE AND MAINTENANCE FEE COLLECTIONS FOR HAULING TIMBER ON BLM ROADS.
