Abstract: EPA NEEDS THE COLLECTED DATA TO DETERMINE THE SPECIFIC VOLUMES OF NEWLY IDENTIFIED TC WASTES CURRENTLY BEING DISPOSED OF THAT WILL REQUIRE COMMERCIAL TREATMENT AS A RESULT OF THE LAND DISPOSAL RESTRICTIONS. THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED TO 90 FACILITIES THAT CURRENTLY LAND DISPOSE NEWLY IDENTIFIED TC WASTES.
