Abstract: THIS INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO ENSURE THAT PASSENGER VESSELS AND PASSENGER TERMINALS MAINTAIN EFFECTIVE SECURITY MEASURES TO DETER TERRORISM AND OTHER UNLAWFUL ACTS. THIS INFORMATION COLLECTION IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC FROM INJURY, PREVENT PROPERTY DAMAGE, AND AVOID ECONOMIC LOSS. PASSENGER VESSELS AND TERMINALS WILL BE AFFECTED.
