Abstract: SECTION 76.209 REQUIRES THAT CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM OPERATORS NOTIFY, IN DETAIL, PERSON OR GROUP ON WHICH PERSONAL ATTACK WAS MADE OR OPPONENT OF CANDIDATE ENDORSED BY CABLE SYSTEM IN EDITORIAL. THIS NOTIFICATION GIVES THE PERSON OR GROUP THE RIGHT TO RESPOND OVER THE LICENSEE'S FACILITIES.
