This information
collection is approved through 5-93 under the following conditions:
As agreed to by FNS with OMB, the Agency will provide an estimate
of the burden associated with this collection and display the OMB
number on the front of the form. In addition, FNS shall reevaluate
the child nutrition labeling program upon the promulgation of FDA's
regulations implementing provisions from the Nutrition Education
and Labeling Act. As these rules require manufacturers to provide
extensive nutrition, as well as serving size information, the need
for additional labeling, tailored for the School Lunch Program may
be negated. FNS will report on the results of this reevaluation
upon the next submission of this collection.
