Abstract: THE DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY (DLA), OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE WILL REQUIRE THE CONTRACTOR TO PREPARE A DOCUMENTED PLAN SHOWING HOW STATISTICAL PROCESS CONTROL (SPC) IS TO BE USED TO MONITOR ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESSES. SPC WILL BE USED AS A TOOL TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS.
