Abstract: TO PROVIDE MIDYEAR AND ADVANCE YEAREND MEASURES ON THE NUMBER OF PERSO INCARCERATED AND THE DEGREE OF OVERCROWDING IN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS.
