Abstract: THIS COLLECTION REQUIRES UNDERGROUND COAL MINE OPERATORS TO SUBMIT A DETAILED VENTILATION SYSTEM AND METHANE AND DUST CONTROL PLAN, INCLUDI AN UP-TO-DATE MAP OF THE MINE, TO MSHA FOR APPROVAL.
