Abstract: THE PUBLIC AUCTIONING OF TREASURY NOTES AND BONDS REQUIRES BIDDERS TO SUBMIT TENDERS CONTAINING CERTAIN INFORMATION SUCH AS THE PAR AMOUNT OF SECURITIES BID FOR, THE YIELD DESIRED, AND IF APPLICABLE, THE BIDDER'S NET LONG POSITION IN THE SECURITIES. THE INFORMATION IS NEED TO PROCESS THE TENDERS AND TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH TREASURY AUCTION RULES.
