approve the information collection requirements associate with the
proposed Subdivision rule at this time. In accordance with Section
3504(h) of the Paperwork Reduction Act, OMB files the followin
comments: 1) In its next submission, HUD shall summarize and
address any comments received on the proposed rule concerning the
paperwork requirements. 2) HUD shall ensure that the information
collection requirements associated with the final rule are the
least burdensome necessary, not duplicative, and have practical
utility.

APPRIASER TO COMPLETE A NEW CHECKLIS (FORM HUD-54891-A) THAT NOTES
ANY ADVERSE SITE/LOCATION FACTORS ON THE PROPERTY SO THAT HUD DOES
NOT INSURE A MORTGAGE ON A PROPERTY THAT POSES RISK TO THE HEALTH
OR SAFETY OF THE OCCUPANTS. FOR NON-DIRECT
