Abstract: TITLE XI OF THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REFORM, RECOVERY, AND ENFORCEME ACT OF 1989 REQUIRES THE APPRAISAL SUBCOMMITTEE TO ADOPT WRITTEN PROCEDURES FOR TAKING "NON-RECOGNITION" AND "FURTHER ACTION" PROCEEDINGS AGAINST STATE APPRAISER REGULATORY AGENCIES AND PERHAPS NON-COMPLYING INDIVIDUAL APPRAISERS. PROPOSED SUBPART B OF 12 CFR PAR 1102 PROVIDES THESE WRITTEN PROCEDURES.
