Terms of Clearance: Approved through January 1995, when DOL's revised Performance Manageme Review system will be approaching implementation. The next submission of this collection shall report on how Quality Appraisal has been merg into the new PMR system. In addition, we note the following condition -- DOL shall conduct an experiment, in at least two States, to determi the additional costs in increasing the statistical precision of its sample, to reduce the wide margin of error in its current sampling procedures. DOL shall report on the results of this test, and whether increasing statistical rigor is justified based on any additional cost as part of its next submission for clearance. -- DOL shall note in the instructions to this form that States need no complete Attachments 2 and 3 if they have previously submitted this information to DOL, unless the information has changed from the previo submission.
