will be approaching implementation. The next submission of this
collection shall report on how Quality Appraisal has been merg into
the new PMR system. In addition, we note the following condition --
DOL shall conduct an experiment, in at least two States, to determi
the additional costs in increasing the statistical precision of its
sample, to reduce the wide margin of error in its current sampling
procedures. DOL shall report on the results of this test, and
whether increasing statistical rigor is justified based on any
additional cost as part of its next submission for clearance. --
DOL shall note in the instructions to this form that States need no
complete Attachments 2 and 3 if they have previously submitted this
information to DOL, unless the information has changed from the
previo submission.
