Approved for two years. DOL has agreed to examine the need for annual renewal of IHE sub-minimum certifications, given the fact that the vas majority of these renewals are approved and less frequent collection would reduce burden. Upon the next submission of this package for PRA clearance, DOL shall use its analysis to either make the collection le frequent than annual (e.g., bi-annual) or explain why continued annual collection is necessary. If DOL proposes to decrease the frequency, revisions to the underlying program regulations would be needed to implement that action.
