Abstract: THE GROUP INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN PUBLIC INPUT ON THE CLARI AND EFFECTIVENESS OF SOME OF THE NOTICES MAILED TO TAXPAYERS. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO REVISE NOTICES IN THE FUTURE IN AN ONGOING EFFORT TO PROVIDE CLEAR AND EFFECTIVE NOTICES MAILED TO TAXPAYERS.
