This request, as
amended by the changes described in Education's written response to
OMB's comments, is approved for one year. OMB accepts Education's
assertion regarding the impracticality of developing standardized
program assessment indicators for use at this time. However, OMB
expects development of standardized indicators for future use.
Accordingly, work should begin on this effort and the results of
the work should be reflected in the next request for OMB approval
of this performance report.
